Cancellation Policy – February 24, 2012

All cancellation requests must be sent to registration@transforming-race.org by February 24, 2012. No refunds will be processed after that date. A participant who cancels his or her registration by February 24, 2012 will be issued a full refund minus a $50.00 processing fee. Please allow up to 3 weeks processing for all refunds. Prepaid registrants unable to attend may send someone in their place without penalty. Lynn Manning and Pre-Conference tickets cannot be refunded at any time.
